"Do you like a smaller place without loud music and always has cold beer? This is the place. The prices are great and Ms. Janet is a lovely woman. It is cash only so make sure you have cash first. There’s two pool tables and a lovely dog named Sadie. There’s no nonsense and no bs."
"Contrary to Google's permanently closed status, Mr Porkys has been open continuously for almost 23 years. There's good, cheap pool tables. Cold beer, clean restrooms, and a dog behind the bar. "Swine need love too!""
"This is beyond the best bar tables in the Denton area. They are 75 cent boxes! There's never much going on at the place so basically two very well kept and clean bar box tables. I could name 10 spots in Denton and grade them according to table conditions. So Pool, Billiards, Pool Table, Billiard table, whatever you call it. If you want time away from crowed areas to really get down and practice your stroke get out to Porky's. I don't recall the owners, I believe it's a mother and son operation. They also close earlier than most bars."
