"From the moment I walked into this establishment I was hesitant, but decided to give this nail shop a chance. The shop was not up to date and just didn’t look as clean as it should. I initially wanted a french mani and pedicure but left after the pedicure due to very poor service. The lady who did my feet had an attitude the whole time. I let her know that i wanted my French pedicure to be thinner. She huffed started speaking her language and told me she wasn’t done… i then asked was it a problem to make them thinner? She them huffed again and said no! At this point I am now frustrated.. my pedicure looks like i went to a toddler and let them do my feet…. During check out I requested a copy of my receipt this same lady said we dont give copies. She then proceeded to ask her coworker who was able to print me out a receipt right away . I will never patronize this nail shop again because the service was that bad… message to the nail tech.. whatever you have going on personally this is a professional place of business and you will miss out on alot of money with your bad attitude and lack of professionalism!"

"This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! My husband and I had a pedicure and I got my nails filled. They were extremely respectful, kind, friendly, and gentle. The pricing is incredibly fair. They got the dirt out, clipped in grown toe nails, and cleared all of our dead skin on our feet. We were extremely impressed! They also took us in as walk ins and did my nails as we did our pedicures, which was so nice that he didn’t have to wait for me to get finished! We were able to park bobtail behind the building**"

"Terrible terrible work. Got my nails done Friday and it looks like I need a pedicure and manicure again after Tuesday! TRASH run away terrible and they would not redo or change the polish. I should have left Friday when someone else came in & complained about their feet. All they were concerned with was Zelle paying them. Horrible Experience 2nd and last time there."

"I will never go back to this place. AVOID!!!! So I took myself and my friend here to get our nails and toes done. The first time I came here years ago it was awesome. However when we went a couple weeks ago my friend had to be really assertive with the woman doing her nails. I told her it's cool they will fix it. They told us the dipping powder was better so we tried it on our nails. They fixed my friend's nails also and we paid and left. So on yesterday I went back for what I thought would be a simple fill to find out you can't fill the dipping powder not did they have the color they had two weeks ago either that I loved. So I explained no one told me that powder can't be filled but decided since I made the drive from Lancaster to go ahead and get them done. I soaked off my tips and powder and once they were soft he removed them. Mind you I had tips on majority of them to make them even. So he starts on my nails. He explains someone who did my nails before did them wrong. I said oh really cause I came here and YOU did my nails.....As he's saying this and doing my nails I'm noticing he didn't add tips back to make them even... when questioned about the tips he said he asked me if I wanted them in which he didn't ask me anything just started and was saying how my nails have grown. I then said yes I want tips you're not charging me $40 bucks just to put this on my nails with no tips to make them look right. Why would I want in even nails??? He got and attitude so I said you know what I'm not paying for this and I'm not taking your attitude I'm out I'm not paying for this and walked out. He said fine go somewhere else then and shooed me out the door. I will never go back here again. My visit on 3/23/17 will be my last. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE THEY DONT LISTEN TO THE CLIENT AND NOR DO THEY CARE WHAT YOU WANT DONE THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH NO REGARDS TO THE CLIENT. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK."
