"They are so rude and in a rush idk if they have someone timing them on their service. I got a nasty nail infection here so bad even a round of antibiotics didn’t help had to get the whole nail removed. I had never gotten a nail infection anywhere or an ingrown nail. Definitely won’t be coming back."

"I have been coming here for years because in comparison to other salons in the area the wait is relatively short. Several times I get there when it’s supposed to open and they will arrive 10-15 minutes late with their Starbucks in hand rushing in to open. Every time I’ve gone I’ve never been 100 percent happy because I have to settle for something I didn’t really want. It’s really frustrating when I show them pictures or explain what I want, their response is always a rude “we don’t do that” even when I go into detail like “I just want a soft white acrylic set with a light sheer pink gel on top”...”We don’t do that”..”well why were you able to do the same thing with a red gel coat last time and can’t just do a soft pink gel coat?”...”No we don’t do that”. I don’t understand at all so I was at my wits end and had no other choice but to just scoff in confusion and leave with my nails half done. They really need to update their techniques and styles to get with what’s trending (I couldn’t get “glazed” nails because they don’t have chrome “we don’t do that”). They also need to fix their attitude and listen to customers. I was visibly disappointed and upset and they were just very apathetic. Will not be returning. Sad because I’ve been going for years, was always friendly to them and tipped extremely well even though their work is mediocre. Go to Jimmy at BL Nails down the street. Much better work there and friendlier establishment but just a longer wait. I guess the service really does attract more customers while Top Nail is always dead in comparison, I guess I know why now."

"They didnt help me with putting sandal on. After sitting and waiting for lady who did my pedicure come back she never did so I asked another lady to fix my two toes she made it worse and proceeded to start on this little girl manicure. I waited too see if the original lady would make her way back never did. Pedicure was rushed and ruff. Not going back. No tip. I have a video but cant post it."

"Hidden gem. My friend recommended this salon so I gave it a try. The staffs was friendly, beautiful shop & clean. I want a french manicure but the lady recommended a little fancy style & I was very happy with the result."

"This place is AMAZING!!!! I love it so much! And my feet feel like baby booties afterwards. They they’re care to not only make you feel welcomed but to make sure your service is done right and thoroughly. Ive even come in with a severely split toenail and they were about to repair it and easy the pain. I’ve gone to other places and they may look better or have a more variety of services but this is the try and the nail shop. If you want to feel better AND look better, come here. It’s work it!!!!"
