"I have been attending Ultra Nail & SPA for over 2 years. This Saturday, September/18, my daughter and I went to get our nails. I always do it with “Kate”, but she was busy. I ended up doing it with someone else. I just hated it. Super poorly done. The nail polish was full of polka dots on my nail. I complained while waiting for it to dry. The same one that did my nail again. But it still wasn't good! On Sunday my nail was already chipped. On Monday some fingers had already come off the nail polish. The nail polish comes off the entire nail. It even looks like a fake nail. I really don't understand what kind of service the girl did. Today I went to Ultra nail to complain and redo my nail, I went early, even before they opened. “Kate” was there, she said she couldn't do anything. So I asked to get new nails with her, she said she couldn't because she was busy. Busy as if there was no one there? I went to schedule an appointment, she said she wouldn't be available until next week at 3pm. WHAT? I'm feeling very upset with the poor service and quality of service. I won't be back!"

"The first time I took my wife to this place, Tom was the one that worked on my wife's nails. He did such a great job that I decided to get my wife a gift card for a full manicure. But when my wife went in she didn't notice that it was an hour before closing. So she asked if she could still get her nails done if not she could come back in the morning. One of the ladies rushed to start on her nails. Then another asked her to cross her hands and started to place the tips without buffing her nails. When they started to work on the nails the tips started to come off. My wife then told them that she insisted three times that she could come back in the morning, but they persisted that she stay. My wife then said she was feeling stressed and that she shouldn't have to feel that way there. She went there to relax!!! She brought the situation to the owner/manager but she was rude and disrespectful and proceeded to talk in their language. After everything was uncomfortable and stressful she came home upset with her nails crooked and bumpy. I wanted to take her back the next day but she didn't want to waste her time dealing with the ladies at the nail salon."

"Overall hands down! First time here wad a good experience especially for being on a Friday! My pedicure was really good for a really good price! Place is very clean and everyone is nice! My sisters got their nails done and they liked it although the ombre coffin shape nails are still on since Jan.26 2018 but the regular acrylic pink and silver came off after like 5 days not sure why. Nails arent damaged or anything so that is a good thing!"
