"This place is horrible! Management sucks and can’t seem to control her mouth when it comes to people that don’t look like her. She will definitely deny service to people and will make any excuse to do so. It does show why she works here and can’t find a better job. The food is always burnt anyway, it’s so sad to see a great place ran by an idiot person."

"Went there because girl friend wanted a plain pretzel and lemonade. I also ordered something for me. 6 people waiting ahead of me. 1 was arguing they paid for something they didn't get. 2 people behind counter and they acted like they didn't want to be there. Customer service and attitude was poor. No lemonade. I ordered soda and they had to move the nipples around on the fountain dispenser because they didn't have enough to cover them all. Missed something I ordered turns out they didn't ring it up. Turns out what I ordered came out way to greasy yet burned. See pictures. No pride in work. No care in their job. No customer service. Only thing I ended up was a soda and plain pretzel. Everything else on my order was either not available or was a weak excuse for edible food. Avoid this place. Don't reward them with traffic when they do nothing to earn it."

"Came here this evening and they have the absolute worst service that I have ever experienced in my life. The pretzels were burnt and not just that but I was overcharged. When I asked for the manager's name I was denied the manager's name the little boy and girl that were in there were just playing around and had their friends in the back of the counter their friends didn't even work there but were harassing the customers as we walked in. I am so disappointed this is my first and last time that I would ever try this place again they have the worst service."
