"Went into the store today to exchange some jeans i ordered online. My mom and I were immediately greeted by Mecca, who was very friendly. As we were shopping Jeremiah saw that i was looking for a certain size jean and came over to assist us. Jeremiah also came to my assistance when I needed to try on my jeans and was very friendly. Mecca checked us out and again was so friendly, knowledgeable and just very personable. All in all my mother and I had a truly wonderful experience at American Eagle Hillside village and will definitely be back again just because of them. Thank you both for having such amazing customer service, something that is hard to come by at other retailers."

"An awful experience after coming for the 20$ off viral tik tok trade in sale . A friend and I came in to shop and trade in our jeans but to our surprise they had all these rules on the sale that weren’t being advertised on the signs or any where that I could find . After spending an hour of trying on jeans then coming to check out the cashier had a nasty attitude saying we couldn’t get anything on sale with the discount and etc . It was an waste of time and the cashier didn’t make it any better with the way she rudely explained everything."
