"Came in during the black friday sale with the 15 off 100 Coupon. Picked 2 pairs of shoes well above 100 total. Asked for my military discount which I always do, he said it wouldn't work with the coupon, even though after the military discount the total was still over 100. It only states on the coupon that it may not be combined with other coupons. After arguing with him he finally agreed to try both. And what do you know. It went through fine, no override necessary. Shameful that he's trying to avoid giving people discounts which they're entitled to. I ended up returning 1 pair of the shoes I bought and he tried to keep my original receipt. I'm not sure why he was being so rude and shady with me. Made me very uncomfortable."

"I was in there today and was assisted by a great young man. Very attentive and helpful. Had surgery on my foot 2 months ago and Dr. recommended New Balance shoes. The gentleman made sure that the shoe fit was good and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable in them. Great Customer service from him and a great price."
