"Usually I am not one to complaint as i do work in customer service and relations. I arrived at 6am to collect some things i needed prior to starting my day. Didn’t know today’s stop was gonna be delayed by an unorganized staff and unprofessionalism. Long story short, (sorry not short) I went in to buy diapers and was steered to buy Huggies as it had a 25% off label right over the price tag. I typically go for a different brand but ofcourse i wanna save a few bucks. I head to check out and there is not one lane open including self check out. I am already at a time crunch, trying to get in and get out and there is a gentleman unaware who should be in the front. After a few minutes, a lane is finally opened and i am able to check out just to see there is/was no discounted price on the diapers i chose. I inform the clerk and made her aware they were on sale and would gladly go to the lane and obtain a picture. (They had huggies and LUv diapers with sale tags on) She wasn’t aware of how or why… She asked for help from the same gentleman and he was no help at all. Clerk proceeded to ask me to go take a picture of the sale item i was purchasing. I rushed to the lane and Came back with a photo. Clearly on the label the price is tagged with the sale price. They stated “ uhh that is incorrect, not sure how that happened. it’s not the same serial number… I Did not have time to dispute, but if this is how u handle issues this is unprofessional and not courteous to your customers as it is false advertising. They asked if i was still purchasing?…Yes ofcourse, i need the item so I just checked out and left. All that could be given was an apology. Yes, a sorry is not fixing a situation, people are steered to buying sale items . As a consumer this was unprofessional and the customer is Always right. But thank you for your apologies, for failing to serve me this morning. I understand it was just two dollars or so however the lack of understanding is what led me to this review! Also 25% off 10.49 (which is what i was charged for these diapers) is $7.8675 which is accurate to what is labeled. So please Clarify where the error was made! ?"

"Not to happy since they force you to use that digital coupon deal to use the discounts and specials. And don’t see those great offers they used to have, and got more expensive compared to other places where you get the same but at a better price. Disappointing…"

"Not crowded. I can typically find what I need quickly. Customer Service is generally good/okay. The meat and seafood department is very nice. I like self-checkout to expedite my purchase. I've shopped here for years. They are pretty consistent despite the different managers. Definitely shop here instead of Kroger's in Cedar Hill."
