"Heck no I tried to get some help and whoever I spoke with was extremely condescending and his advice had zero to do with what I was needing or asking.. I'm just thankful I didn't complete my purchase.. I am about customer service and the experience Wolf Music fails in this which gives me zero confidence I also want to make a point on any reviews that you read to its true value..for example if there are 10 reviews 8 are five stars and 2 are one star on the surface it seems like a 4.2. well not really if 3 agree to the 5 star and 8 to the one star.. Well it's closer to 3.3 star. With that of all the reviews Wolf Music Rate + agreement 76 five stars 8 three stars 2 two stars and 90 one stars So that 4.1 is more closer to an honest 2.8 Wolf Music is a 2.8 star business Response from the owner James we DARE you to make less sense "

"We travelled more than a hundred miles to get my Schecter Solo II Supreme. It’s a welcoming shop and the people there are nice. We even lounged a bit, playing some of their acoustics. I also need to mention that there were discounts happening when I got there so it was almost like too good to be true. Even got free snacks when we left. It was awesome."
