Office Depot

"I rarely write bad reviews. I am dissatisfied with the customer service at this Office Depot location. Number one it was at least 80 degrees in there. Number two I waited in line for 30 minutes with not one associate asking if we need help or telling us to wait a moment. As soon as I got to the front I had a very simple job. I was needing to use the restroom and was clearly uncomfortable but the lady kept taking her time and was explaining things to her co worker. I understand that she needed to train someone.. but I was physically extremely uncomfortable but didn’t want to go to the bathroom because I was afraid I would have to wait another 30 minutes to have 3 papers scanned. I just don’t understand why there was nobody letting us know that they will be with us in a moment. Very very disappointed with the lack of communication and respect!"

"Nancy, at the GT location, was very helpful. I thought I had paid extra for folding my print order - she was quick to help show me a trick on how to fold the cardstock quick and easy. She and I folded the prints together. What a gem!"

"Tristan was completely unhelpful at the printing station. I placed my order early Saturday morning and pick up was suppose to be ready after 5. When I got there, he said payment had been decline to an address error (we’ve recently moved). I’m bothered that I was not informed that my order didn’t process before I made the 25 mins drive into town. Also when I asked if there was anything he could do to help he said “no, it will cost you more if I run the order” I said that’s fine I’d rather pay more than have to spend more in gas money. He then said there was nothing he could do to help. Just really disappointed."

"My cuts were amazing done by Cynthia but my experience was poor because of Jerry the store manager over in copies. He was very rude when speaking to Cynthia and it was very awkward to experience. She was extremely helpful and was countered by rude attitude. Jerry also mentioned it was ‘Easier if I did an online pick up” however what is easier for me is what I did which is send my copy request over. I hope that Jerry is able to fix the way he speaks to people and not belittle his employees in front of customers or behind closed doors."

"Trying to hurry up and send fax. They only have 2 both busy. Worse after waiting it jams! Uh! Even worse is there is only one young boy and he won’t even look up to acknowledge me! Had to walk across other side of store leaving my personal document jammed in fax just to get help! Worst customer service ever."
