"I had a pressure washer that had a blown pump. They said it would take 2 weeks for them to look at it. I asked them to contact me as soon as they knew what was wrong. About 2 weeks later they contacted me and said the pump was bad they could rebuild it 450.00 or they can replace it for $600. I asked them. The lady said there were none in stock and that it may take up to 2 weeks to get one. I pleaded with her to do her best but didn't really think she would find one. The next day I went in there about 9:00 a.m. the pressure washer was repaired and ready to go. Just really impressed how quick they fixed it once they got through their backlog."

"I had such an amazing experience in this store, the manager on duty named Derrick was super helpful he helped me with products I was looking for but even told me how to use them properly so nothing can happen again to my machine. I had a sales person come up to me with a cart since I forgot to get a cart and I even searched for everything online just to make sure they know exactly what I wanted and they gave it to me then and there. These people are so friendly the cashiers are so helpful and so are all the sales."
