"I ordered a 56in toolbox, the box arrive a little sooner than expected!!! Awesome!!! I was not able to make it in for pick up earlier during the day, and arrived 30 minutes before closing!!! My Fault!!! When I arrived the cashier stated that they may not be able to assist with loading due to there only being ladys working at the time and she Dint believe anyone of them could work the forklift. One lady got on the Forklift and got it DONE!!!! I had driven all the way from Spring,TX for the box so I really appreciate that she was able to get the box loaded for me. Unfortunately I did not get her name. This happened Saturday March 2, 2024 close to closing time. Thank You Very Much For Your Help!!!"
"I went for a socket organizer, and they had it in stock. I picked up some other random items I needed to get which were all surprisingly cheap. This was one of my first times at the store and I think they have good prices. The staff was friendly and signed me up for their VIP program or something like that."
"Like everywhere else there's price increases but Harbor Freight is still affordable for DIY's and professionals on a budget. Helpful staff, store is clean and organized and checkouts fairly quick. If you search the Internet ahead of time you might get lucky and find that great "20% off any one item" coupon code but they always have regular specials with some items like 50% off!"
"Mario provided exceptional customer service. I couldn't be more pleased. He went out of his way to locate an item that was out of stock on the shelf by going to the warehouse, finding it, and bringing me the item and quantity needed. Good service like this is very hard to find. Thanks Mario."
"The store isn't the problem leaving your car is they broke into my dads van yesterday and stole 2000$ of tools they won't show survillance footage keep an eye on your veichles people it was parked close by too!"
