"A part of our old wood flooring had to be replaced and wanted a perfect stain match. We brought a few samples of the wood flooring that was brought up and they made multiple samples by mixing several stains to make the perfect shade to match our flooring. It was perfect and much better than the first stain proposed to us by the flooring company."

"Best customer service experience! Dennis was incredibly helpful and understanding of this being my first time doing a different type of project and paint process. He went out of his way to make everything work and even rushed to get my paint match orders finished way before I expected. Even though the store was busy and almost closed he treated each and every customer with patience and attention. Not to mention tomorrow is Thanksgiving!! I don’t usually write many reviews but this project is very important to me and I’m very thankful I chose Sherwin Williams."

"The silence in this store I would say is interesting and sad. No help offered from Armando. I did check the reviews before coming in hope of getting insights on paint and painting materials for painting my classroom. I Walked out went to my car to place order online hoping to find more information on products online since in store it wasn’t a thing. That didn’t work out well- couldn’t add paint to cart. Called and Armando answered. I told him the color (based on the one I looked in store 10 mins prior) he asked me about the finish. Guys I have No idea! I don’t know anything about paint. I said, I can come back inside for help. He pointed to the finish options, picked out flat finish and said two gallons (my fault not know how much paint to get, but said I wasn’t sure.) I asked a coworker while waiting- she said one was plenty, not two gallons. I let Armando know I need one not two for my classroom and showed him a video of my classroom. He said, you can use the other one for touch ups. I said I wouldn’t need it. He rang me up for both and I made another comment, “I bought a second gallon of paint for no reason” and spent $144 dollars. I was just frustrated because there was no help initially. I said I don’t know anything about paint and felt frustrated and embarrassed. I would not recommend this location for anyone who does not know anything about paint/paint materials."

"Really impressed with the paint specialist here. His name is Brad. Very knowledgeable and was able to color match perfectly for me and make recommendations on a better paint for my project. I had been twice before and no one could Color match. Different stores not this one. Definitely recommend!"
