"I have Spent Way more Money on Trojan Camera Systems than I am proud to admit. I have at least 7 Camera Systems of two different sizes and even more camera heads. These Systems do not last at all. All 7 that I own are currently down and I have given up on sending them back for repair. The cost of a camera head being repaired is always nearly the price of just buying a new camera head. And the reel is never inexpensive to fix either."
"This is the worst experience!!!! the manager doesn’t care about anything to be right gouge you with the prices and never respect his warranty I will have to go for a lawsuit to this company they have workers that pick up from Home Depot parking lot and they don’t even speak in English I have to go back eight times for the same problem. I hope the owner of this company will reach out to me and try to make it right"
"This company is full of thieves. They are a garbage company. They shipped me a broken cable, they have not replaced it or sent me the label to get it fix. They have not refunded me for $50 worth of items that never shipped. And the third thing their weld on a main line cable broke the very first use. Total money I’m out $530 and absolutely nothing they sent me is useable."
"$2300 lost I wish I read these reviews before I purchase my sewer, camera which never arrive. They send my camera to South Florida even though I live in central Florida 280 miles away from my house I have to call them for them to correct their mistake then FedEx said that they deliver in my camera FedEx sign their own packages instead of taking the camera back to their location they just leave it somewhere or took it I don't know Trojans wash their hands. FedEx watch their hands and I just lost $2000. before you buy anything from these guys, do you research they just bring their stuff from China and put their name on it go ahead and order straight from China you'll be better off."
"If I could give negative stars I would. One of the worst companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. As a business we purchased a trailer jetter from them that has yet to work. After 6 months of being at their shop and getting the run around I highly recommend getting a Jetter from some where else. I’ve already talked to Ferguson to no longer sell these products to their plumbing contractors. Will update this post if I ever hear back from the owner that has a problem returning phone calls to his customers."
