"I was very disappointed with this company. My wife has been a member there for over a year but has chronic Lyme disease and needed to cancel her membership. She called in months ago to ask them to cancel but they refused to do so over the phone since she had to come by and sign paperwork or they would continue charging her indefinitely. This is very frustrating because her poor health did not allow her to go in for several weeks and we continued to get charged. There are definitely easy ways to get paperwork signed these days electronically if that was even really necessary. I just think this is a very poor business practice and want to make sure others are aware of what they are doing. They’ll let you sign up easily, but be weary of the day you decide to cancel or move."

"I usually don’t have complaints here, but after getting a spray tan yesterday 6/30/23 I realized I wasted $40 and can’t get it back.I noticed a weird difference in the tanning room, one there was a leak where water was casually dripping on me and did mess up my spray tan (room 11) and during the spray it also never sprayed any on my back just air. My spray tan developed this morning and low and behold I was right, during my session the machine ran out of the tanning spray and never sprayed my back. I’m upset because I paid $40 for half my body to be sprayed and for my legs to get splashed with water that was leaking on the right side. I think this is my last time using this place, because now I’m out of $40 and I never brought it up to the two teenagers at the front desk because while paying etc they seems to be disconnected to customers considering they were glued to their phones, minimal talking."

"Miss the old owner Emily Hubbard. New owner is not very nice. I have tanned here several times & yes mam I have met you. Even if you don't remember. Boy several people warned me about you. I judge people on their own merit. Sad to say they were on point. Now stay Blessed"
