"There is a female employee that was working tonight 8/17, that was awful. Pulled in at 9:10, dead battery just happened so we needed to get it replaced. I get it, it’s an hour before close, but I don’t get to pick when it’s gonna die. She couldn’t work the battery check machine and just decided the battery is absolutely dead. Went in and looked at options, of course only the most expensive battery was available. Luckily I remembered the batteries are warrantied so when I asked about it she reluctantly checked and it was. Then she had no choice but to admit they had my battery available (funny how magically they were in stock all of sudden) she brought it out and asked my husband if he wanted to borrow tools… we said don’t y’all change it? She said “well because the computer says it’s a 45 minute job, we can’t” I told her y’all close in 40 min and it’s never taken more than 10… you also offered my husband tools to borrow sooo you couldn’t close anyways until he’s done so what’s the difference? She “checked with a manager” who apparently said no because it’s dark…. I’ve always had it changed out at night. We gave up and left."
"Same Autozone from all the others I visited, and still a great store for all my automotive needs. Customer Service is average, friendly associates and the store is clean. You'll definitely find a parking spot since it's in a business strip. Don't forget to sign up for the AutoZone Rewards program. Spend $20 before taxes, do that 5 times on separate days , and you'll be credited $20 into your account. I will be using my $100 credit soon."
