"I give this AutoZone a 5+. My wife's car engine light came on the dash and was on the blink of a breakdown. It's a bad feeling! I heard they let you use their Diagnostic Scan tool to hookup to your car/truck. One employee named Grayson made all the difference with his knowledge, patience with an oldtimer, very courteous, and very customer service oriented! I was having trouble plugging it in, he came out to help me fast and took it back to his computer to see what the issues were. It was a simple fix and the second best thing was they have all the parts to repair any of the issues. This will be my number one Part Store close to home! Thank you AutoZone!!"

"This review is not for the D.I.Y. Department. This is for the commercial department. Zachary Taylor is a bad Commercial Sales Manager, three times I have attempted to deal with him, and all three experiences have been horrible. The most recent being over the phone with an online order submitted via autozonepro. He refuses to send out a battery that he billed and charged our card for. Hangs up on me instead of coming up with a simple solution to get it delivered to me. Something as simple as transferring it to 4201 and having them handle the delivery, or a simple hub transfer. Instead he ants to tell me I don't know who I'm talking to and dealing with. Same horrible attitude that I got last time I was attempting to submit a labor claim. I was forced to drive and drop off all the paperwork at 4201 to Nathan because Zach refused to take it and deal with it. I let Sandy know that time. I have limited the ordering and purchasing the guys can do with autozone as a whole because of this manager. It was Eli(North Frazier), Nathan(New Magnolia), Yvvette(South Frazier), and Luis(New Magnolia) that have convinced us to begin shopping with autozone again slowly last year. And to start the new year Zack is back at it with his poor customer service."

"I bought 2 sets of wiper blades, and the clerk was so kind and helpful putting the blades on. She let me put the second one on because it was so easy. They're the best blades I've had in a long time, too!"
