"I spent several hours at this salon, unintentionally, but "what happened was" I made an appointment for a few services for an upcoming class reunion. Upon arriving, I was greeted immediately by several ladies. It was early and much of the staff were just getting there. They were all very uplifting for an early Saturday. (5 Stars). I immediately felt uplifted too. My stylist I had my appointment with, whom I've never used before was running behind. After waiting (and shopping in their amazing boutique (another 5 stars) another stylist took me back and completed my consultation for me, in between her other clients. She was very patient and was so friendly. (more stars). My girl didn't end up making it to work, so this other stylist took over. It was a great blessing because she did an amazing job and I absolutely love my hair! The service all around was great. The clients there for other services all seems to be having a nice time getting beautiful. I have a hair stylist as long as she'll keep me, lol.. By the way, her name is Tabitha Ridgeway. Thank you Tabitha for beautiful hair and great conversation! :) 5 Stars!"

"This place is great! I get my nails, lashes and hair done here. It's a one stop shop! Staff is wonderful, friendly, patient with all my questions, and always happy to help me with advice when I want to try something new! I also bring my little daughters in for nails when we want a fun girls day and they are always happy to come here. The staff is very good at what they do, I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!"

"Called and asked price for kids cut, was told $20. She just combed her hair down and cut it off in one cut, literally 30 seconds. The cut was too short, uneven, when we put her hair up it’s longer on one side compared to the other. Stylist did not blow dry it, we asked for 2 simple piggy braids. She did it with the wet hair, with an uneven part. At checkout she charged me $40. If she actually gave my daughter a cut, this would have been fine, but I too could have wet her hair straight and made one cut across the bottom at home. Additionally, this place is super run down and dirty. Save yourself the misery and drive into the Woodlands."
