"The GM lauren and assistant manager josh came up to me and boyfriend and started yelling at us that we can’t do free lance personal training. She was yelling so loud everyone at the gym was staring. So don’t come her to workout with your significant other if you want to get yelled at by Lauren."

"Just recently visited this location as a guest. I currently go to Planet fitness. I wish I can say I had a great experience but it was far from that. I went around 9:30am, I let the male employee in the front know I filled out my day pass. He said he would need to see my email and also my ID. I showed him my email and his response was "ok I still need to see your ID." He repeated this about 3 times. It made me feel really unwelcomed because I was still teaching for my ID; which I had no problem showing. Then after he saw my id I had to go around to the iPad and fill out another form with all of my info. I just felt really uncomfortable by this man the entire time. He was giving me passive aggressive unwelcoming vibes. Which is weird don't you want new members? Anyways I shook off that weird encounter and went to go workout. I noticed each time I was checking out machines or walking around I kept getting this man's eye contact!!! Literally watching me!! Making me feel so uncomfortable as if I don't belong there! I would say do not get a membership here. The entire time I also never saw any employees sanitize or say hello. At planet fitness they're so friendly throughout the entire day the crew sanitizes. I didn't catch his name but his physical features he was heavier with eczema or rosacea flakes on his eyebrows. The vibes were just really off zero friendliness. I'm glad I I visited though so I can know to never come here again."

"This one is inside 1604 and not crowded. 2nd time I've been and it's a comfortable place to workout. Equipment is good, don't feel pressure to hurt up or have to wait. Between 3 and 630 pm during the week is been spacious for people. Definitely choosing this one for individual workouts."
