"I called these people and the manager answered the phone. I told her about their reviews and how shameful it is for them to have all one star reviews. You wanna know what she said to me in response? "Yes it is! I have to go. Bye!" They have no shame, respect, honor, etc. If it were up to me, I would have shut this place down for good. For your own safety and time, please do not waste your time at all ordering anything from here. The employees do not care about customer service and they probably don't even get paid enough for this. Have a wonderful day/night. I'm never getting anything from here again."
"Would love to give them 0 stars. Cashier can't count. Gave me back the wrong change Cooks can't count. Ordered a triple cheeseburger. Got 2 hamburger patties on the burger. They brought out food for 4 or 5 cars that ordered and parked AFTER us. As a result we had cold greasy fries."
"Overnight they are rude & don’t know any information if there own menu. They need to train there employees to acknowledge & have sense of urgency. Always get my order wrong & never can do nothing because they never give the receipt. Evening they are rude & don’t have good energy. Hire people that smile & love there job, not just off the street."
