"Quality materials, great gun repair"
"I’ve taken various nail guns to them for repair over the years. Every time I tell myself I need to find another shop because these guys act like they don’t care at all about the customer (at least in my experience). I even bought a brand new nailer from them and something broke in it after about 2 months of regular use. I brought the gun back for repairs and they claimed they fixed something on it but then the very next day I used it and it had the same problem. It is not in my broken tools box. This is not a one time occurrence with this place. More recently I dropped off guns for repair, told them the issue with them and after I picked up the very first time I used the guns it still had the same problem. And they never called to tell me the guns were ready. Now grant it they did fix it “again” when I pointed out it had the same problem, but I wonder what was actually done to it the first time it was there. Just not at all happy about the lack of concern or service at Clark Supply."
"Saw on website a product that they sold. Went to store and asked. Two older guys sitting behind counter. One responded no we don't have what you are asking for. I responded, do you know where I can find it? (with the assumption he would ask what it was and realize that they actually sell it).. He responded with "don't know and don't care".. Wow.. Talk about poor customer service.. I guess they don't want my business.. I'm pretty sure they sold the pro grade caulking I was looking for.."
