"The items Michael's has in stock is amazing. But I can honestly tell you from the moment I walked in at 11:05 right after they opened, to when I walked out 15 minutes later, I encountered zero employees. No one to greet me. No one to ask if I needed help. And no one to check put. Self check out only. I could probably have walked out with my items and no one would have known."
"Right at 7, I was told by a woman that the store was closed and I needed to bring my items to the front. This woman was following me around waiting for 7:00 pm, just to tell me to get out. Don't think I will be shopping here again. I'll be switching to Hobby Lobby, where they don't stalk you through the store like a thief and tell you to leave."
"Place is great. I ordered online for in store pickup. Just make sure to follow the process for pick up. There are shelves when you walk in with your name on a bin with your order. The process was otherwise streamlined. There is also dedicated parking for pickup If you buy in store, most of the checkout process is self checkout, which is great. A store attendant is also present if needed."
"DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FROM THIS STORE. WRONG PRODUCT ARRIVED AND THEY COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS!!! DONT EXPECT THE STORE MANAGER AND ASSISTANTS TO BE INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WHEN THEY SEND OUT THE WRONG AND IN ADDITION DAMAGED product. Spent a lot of money at this store and was kinda comfortable as there customer until this tiger showed their stripes. I would like to give minus 10 minus stars!!! I am working on a project for my daughter’s birthday. I have a hurt foot so I ordered on line although it was double the cost to have same day delivery. Pure white plush yarn. Unfortunately: It was not delivered until the next day not same day; the wrong color, no label just a large bag of mangled yarn. Get this when I call the store they were not concerned nor did customer service ever cross their mind they quickly explained not apologizing that I would have to call an 800 number to get a refund because they used UPS to deliver. I am exhausted with the “we can’t do anything because we used a 3rd party so there is nothing we can do” story from large brand name stores. I ordered from Michael’s not UPS I paid double to have the right product delivered and now I am working like a hired employee of Michaels chasing my refund down. No customer service but they do allow you to work hard to get a refund."
