"Dreadful experience. I contacted company to make a return because of a faulty product. Left message. Owner sent me a text and I responded to the text to describe the problem. No response when I asked to return the product. I cannot recommend this company."

"We placed an online order and made an error. We sent an email immediately explaining the mistake and asking for the change. No response was sent to the email. The wrong merchandise was received ten days later. Place a call and was on hold for 20 minutes. They require 20 percent restocking fee. Shipping costs will make a refund not worth doing. My first order and last with this company. That's why I use Amazon."

"When my order arrived, it was broken completely. The customer service isn't the best. After mailing product back, I waited over a week and still waiting to this day to get my money back. The rep told me they received product but hasn't process. I did everything they ask, now I have to continue to wait for them just to process. Are you waiting on Jesus to come back? Can you please process my refund so I can know my money will be arriving in another 3 to 5 days? Is there a deadline for processing refunds or customers just wait until whenever you feel like process our refunds?"

"Ordered a key fit head wrench and the rubber strap was torn. First the should probably have quality control and second I have to now drive to FedEx and send the wrench back and once they receive it they'll ship another one. I bought it because I need it and so basically I won't be giving these folks any of my money. Another thing was the customer service guy was super bothered by me calling. I learned my lesson as I always thought this folks were doing a disservice to the irrigation industry posting prices that consumers expect but now I know for sure their service his terrible and you don't even get what you paid for here."
