Kudos to Richard at the parts counter. 10/31/22 Finally had to go to have service on my scag. It was all under warranty and they were awesome."

"Service was a rip-off!! Be careful everyone! I was charged 8.6 hours labor to shorten two new belts on my hay baler and grease it up! Their service rates were definitely not below industry standards at the time, no one called with a quote and no verbal approval from me was given. It took forever, to get it back and the price was skyrocket high, it’s like they were trying to make the most out of the few customers that were coming in there at the time! Beware!! Enter at your own risk!"

I was impressed with him as well as the machine. What impressed me even more was the preparation the company gives to each machine purchased there before it leaves the shop. It an insurance to buyers who have made a sizable purchase, and this effort also gives the new buyer a peace of mind before he ever uses the machine.
