"I ordered my Generac with them back on March 2021. They did warned me ahead of time that it will take a few months since Generac of course was so backed order. During those months of waiting, I did not realized they changed management & staff. Well to make the long story short, Ricardo (manager of store) & Jose have worked really hard to gather all the parts needed before the end of the year. It was frustrating at times but at the same time I know Ricardo & Jose were thrown into that store, scrambling & fixing whatever mess that was done from the previous team of associates. I appreciated their time, hard dedication to ensure they got me that Generac. It was a very long wait, longer than expected, but at the end I know whoever shops at that store will be in good hands. I normally don't write reviews but had to give them credit for it."

"Professionalism is non existent at this store, at this time. Been buying lights here since this location opened a few years ago. I've watched management change. I'm moving my account or closing it altogether. Not only did CES sell me two different temperature lights, they sold me a used light as brand new?! The sales rep was giving me a difficult time about placing my order. I was going to use another CES location to place my order. The manager reassured me that my order would be taken care of and the photos show what I got. I cannot complete the job as planned because I have to return and buy somewhere else. CES Rosenberg couldn't get the order right and tried to sell me a used light panel as if it was brand new."
