"What a fabulous office. Everyone was friendly and kind. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs. I was seen and treated within 30 minutes with a rather full waiting room. I cannot recommend more. I was extremely impressed and will be going back for a more comprehensive checkup."

"Rethink before coming here. I had a simple earlobe repair done. I came back to the office 10 days later to get the stitches taken out. This nurse was not careful, and we had no communication. She made me feel like she wasn’t confident in what she was doing. I wanted to trust everything was fine, but I noticed the next day there were still stitches in my ear. The office was closed during the holidays, and I myself was very busy. I live a hour away from this office, and it was very inconvenient to make time to go back for carelessness. They were condescending on the phone, and didn’t seem to believe me. Finally someone said I can stop by 16 days after my original appointment to get them taken out. The front desk employees were rude, because they didn’t understand my situation, and definitely didn't make me feel welcome. The new nurse confirmed I had not one stitch, but 3 left in my ear, and a knot. That’s unacceptable. It was painful, uncomfortable, and inconvenient for a service that I paid for out of pocket. Not even an apology. I left feeling like I was inconveniencing them, and I will not be returning."
