"Let me first say I seldom leave reviews but try to when warranted. I have been going to Flower Mound Dermatology for years now after trying a few local places before going here. We have always seen Dr. Ray Vaughn who is absolutely amazing. This man has amazing experience, a great heart and wonderful bedside manner. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and understand things. My wife Lauren and I go see him every year and I’ve even sent my sister who also adores Ray. You cannot pick a better place. Also it’s not just Ray but the amazing/wonderful ladies beside him. The entire team gets 5 stars. Thank you to the entire team for going the extra mile for my family and I. You all rock!!! Robert"

"Dr. Vaughn is the BEST! I started breaking out at 23 and tried everything to fix it - facials, diet, medical grade skin products, etc. I came in to see Dr. Vaughn and he recommended accutane - 2 months later and my skin is almost perfect. It is a complicated process, but he explained everything thoroughly. I’ve seen dermatologists in the past that would trial and error different medication that would not work and ultimately was a waste of money. I was very hesitant on seeing a dermatologist again because I did not want to get taken advantage of. Dr. Vaughn, his nurses, and staff are great. Would highly recommend him to anyone!"

"I have been seeing Ray Vaughn since 2011. He is by far the best medical professional that I have ever visited. His bedside manner is extremely calming, and he is always polite and friendly. I drive from McKinney just to see Ray, his nurses, and the entire staff. Everyone at flower mound dermatology is great, and I highly recommend them."

"I like Dr Perez. Staff always nice. Their timely responding to a patient is not so good. The recording says 48 hours to receive a reply. Not satisfactory. The ointment says CONTACT YOUR PHYSICIAN. GREAT, EXCEPT TOOK 4 days to call back, I called 4 days ago with another question. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL BACK. Come on guys. Never seen an office with such below average response times or EVEN AT ALL! I heard a rumor that nurses are understaffed. That doesn’t help patients. Does Dr Perez even know about his patients not having questions answered? UPDATE: I just noticed the office just sent a note inquiring to my Average Review. The reply was done just hours after I submitted my Review. Had a nurse replied on my first two questions as quickly, I would have given out a Five Star Review. Seems like the office is more interested in reputation than a patient’s genuine medical question. It’s now been 5 days and no response from a nurse on my request."
