"Went to Jose for an appraisal, this million dollar business said 48 hours it’s been over a week to get a trade evaluation for a new John Deere. Unless corporate takes care of this I’m taking my business else where. Bad service and follow up, and placing blame on others specifically his manager."

"Just bought a 3025 from Wade, tried to call Yanmar and got John Deere by mistake. I was going to hang up, assuming I couldn't afford a green tractor, but thought I might as well have a brief conversation out of courtesy. With 84 month, 0% financing, the price was comparable to others, so it became a no brainer for me, especially after having driven it and others. Someone at JD corporate is dropping the ball because I should have known about their 0% financing, given all the internet scouring I did. Wade was fantastic, extremely helpful and patient with this first time tractor buyer, and he gave me a great deal on my attachments. He showed me how to attach everything and waited as I fumbled around with a PTO for the first time on a very hot day. Really couldn't ask for a better experience, and I'm in a bit of disbelief that I now own a John Deere."
