"Amanda has the worst customer experience. We have been here three times since Friday we have been back and forth to get errors corrected. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. From having blurry words, to the wrong color for the same invite (honestly not a big deal and not worth the hassle) faded printing on each invite, and to have the cuts being done horribly. And instead of getting 40 white envelopes, we only received 32 and we paid for them too. According to Amanda that she counted and it should be right and we are wrong. Today it was printed on the wrong paper instead of matted which you pay extra for. Even showing the evidence of their work wasn't enough for her. All she had to say was "k" instead of finding a solution to this problem. Amanda's way of handling the situation was so disrespectful as a paying customer. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. I work in the customer service industry and if my boss heard how I spoke to my clients, I wouldn't have a job."

"I feel that if your the only one in store, because they will close soon, customer service is important, how can I help you should come from the worker… Or if I need help to fine something… Now in days company don’t pay attention to customer service, that is my number one focus in my company…."
