Dewayne was very professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired. Dewayne was upfront and straightforward about the cost which was extremely fair. He was able to set up an appointment for me right away and was at my house in less then 45 minutes. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and give me a price. He was the only responder who first wanted to come out and view the project to see if could be repaired before selling me on a new door. I was pretty dead set on replacing the door, but certainly appreciated Jesse's honest review even though it could have cost him a larger project. It was extremely easy to get on his schedule after he evaluated the project and we discussed scope/price, and he was punctual, arriving right at the promised time to begin. The removal of the old door and installation of the new went extremely fast and the job was completed in an afternoon with cleanup and everything.
