"I went into the spa/clinic for weight loss consult specifically for the drug phentermine of which I’ve taken serval times prior to this visit . I sat in the waiting room thirty minutes past my appointment time . I was anxious because I had to be somewhere after the appointment . Finally , I’m called back and soneone(not sure she told me her name ) she brought me to a scale that was not level so she had to fix it). I get into the room and my BP was taken by the assistant she did not say anything she rushed out grabbed the file and I sat and waited for Ashley . When Ashley seemingly rushing herself …comes in she asked if I’ve taken the drug before , asked who my MD was. She said my BP was high and I laughed and said I’m not surprised I felt anxious today due to my schedule and saying to myself you totally did not get me in her til 30 mins after my appt time . Then she went on to ask my family history . I told I have a strong heart I workout tax my heart do not have any heart disease in my family . She says let’s do a ekg so we do . She fumbles with the leads , they won’t stick this takes some time she finally gets them to stick . eKG turns out “ perfect “ in her words . She ask if I have a BP cuff at home , I say no . She says get one , take your BP for a few days and send the numbers to me . She gave me her cell number. So im thinking I’ll do it just to show her and bought one, sent her the numbers . She doesn’t commit about them , they are good numbers. Then she throws a question have you had your hormones checked she says we can do that In the clinic then she asked have you heard of another type of drug . I’m not sure what the name was.I ask her if she prescribes it . No comment … and have NOT heard another word from her. It’s been over a month. She totally ghosted me I have not heard a word . I felt like she knew she was not going to prescribe the drug when she saw the first BP numbers in her office but proceeded to do the ekg And then charge me 150 dollars and listed on the receipt was weight loss consult of which did not happen . If she felt that the drug I went in for was not good for me then she could have consulted about other systems they do there . I scored the clinic a one star but they do not deserve that even .I felt ripped off and they wasted my time . Since then I’ve I have lost 7 pounds on my own watching what and how much I eat . I would never go back the experience was so awful !!!!!"
