"I had two issues with my plumbing. The technician came and assessed both issues. Fixed the first one within ten minutes and resolved it. Then dealt with the other situation that a handy-man couldn’t handle and had it done in 15 minutes. He was competent, knowledgeable, explained everything, and was extremely personable. "Absolutely 10 stars on 5 star rating! Saw the trucks rolling around frequently and thought the logo was so clever. So, of course they we re the first thought when into a potential plumbing problem. Bobby came out and was so pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue, answered all my questions and even provided insight on irrigation vs plumbing. The hope is we don't have any plumbing problems soon, if we do though, WILL Fix It is the company we trust and will refer to our network!!! Keep up the exceptional work! Thanks!"

"I bought a brand new air and heating system from will fix it, before I bought it I called them for a tune up, they were late, when I bought the air and heating system they were late, they broke a piece of wood from where the heater goes and then never came back to fix it. The workers were nice so was the Advisor Justin B. But I give them two stars for being late and breaking a peace of wood from where the heater was is installed they never called back to say they would fix it. (AND SO FAR EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING GOOD) I guess its my fault in a way because I didn't look at there reviews first then I could have searched for a better company with better reviews."

"I recently had an unfortunate experience with Will Fix It. I hired them for a simple HVAC Evaporator Coil repair, which alone cost me $1500 despite the part being under warranty. The situation worsened when I inquired about a condensation pump. The technician recommended a solution and proceeded with an installation that not only was ineffective but also caused significant damage to my property. They improperly ran a copper pipe out of the attic, resulting in damage to the roof grill, as evident in the accompanying picture. Furthermore, my tenants have reported a persistent musty smell and a continuous humming sound from the HVAC unit since the repair. Despite promises for rectification, the management at Will Fix It has been unresponsive, neglecting to return phone calls from my tenant. This experience has left me with a damaged home, an unresolved issue, and a significant financial setback. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown by Will Fix It. If the situation is not promptly rectified, I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It's concerning to think about the extent of unnecessary alterations they might have made to install the copper line. The attached image shows their careless solution to what should have been a straightforward repair/solution."
