"Asked for a manicure before I got a full set to push back and clean up my cuticles. Stylist said okay but didn’t really do that. She didn’t listen to the color I asked for and gave me a pink base instead of a nude color. The chrome I asked for wound up all over the cuticle and when I asked her to fix it she blamed it on me. There’s bubbles in some nails and a dent in another one. Looks cheaply done and like I did it at home myself."

"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE ON A TIME CRUNCH OR HAVE LITTLE TO NO PATIENCE. I scheduled an appointment for 12pm but wasn’t seated until 12:45. If I would have known that, I would have just arrived earlier or not scheduled an appointment since that clearly didn’t matter. 2 walk ins were seated prior to me. My nail tech did a fantastic job but she took way too long. I did not leave the shop until 2:30. I only got a basic short full set with polish. No nail decoration or designs. I won’t be coming back to this place, as they don’t value my time. Also, no one ever offered me a drink!"
