"My nails and pedicure were great. My eyebrows didn't look good after being waxed, as they were waxed it was painful and bleed a bit. I do believe some skin came off. The tweezing that was done trying to correct the eyebrows hurt , she caught skin just about every time. I would go for nails and pedicure but that's it"
"My fiancé went here for a simple nail removal was there for an hour. She moved around to different chair in the salon. As well as having her hands soaking in several different bowls because the temperature was warm how it should be. Then the lady working on her nails proceeded to drill into her nails when nothing else was working with zero progress I may add. Proceeded with the same process until she over drilled her nails and cause the middle part of her nail to break in and bleed. Not just with one nail but two of them. I could only imagine the pain she went through during the incident. That’s extremely ridiculous having nail technicians that can’t doing their job properly and not doing anything to prevent it from happening again. I 100% do not recommend this place very unprofessional and very poor service! If you need any nail work done please avoid this location."
"01/07/24. I went today to get my nails removed. I was moved to 3 different chairs and then the lady soaked my hands to 4 different bowls. She was drilling and soaking my nails for 30 mins and there was no progress. I grabbed the nail cutter and cut my fake nails myself since she was taking too long. She kept drilling my nails where 2 of my nails were thinned out. The middle part of my nail was drilled and bleeding and obviously hurt. I was there for an hour, yes it took an hour to get my nails off. I paid $10 to get my nails thinned out and bleed. It was ridiculous. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. If they can’t remove nails correctly, imagine them doing your nails. I was nice enough to still pay, but please don’t come here. Go somewhere else where customers are appreciated!"

"There’s a new system and it’s seems more professional nail now. I went in for a full set and pedicure simultaneously and I was done at once in a quick amount of time. The tech recommended nude pink and I’ve been getting compliments everyday since."
