"Bought a bag of brown sugar and found mold in it. Brought it back and with the receipt but the manager refused to exchange it. Very bad customer service. That is why you lose your business to Restaurant Depot."

"So happy I stopped here to check things out. I'm a huge fan of wholesale clubs as you get such a better deal buying in bulk vs small portions at regular grocery stores. Suns is pretty unique from your Costco and Sam's as they have a larger variety of unique seafoods. They are the only place in Houston I can find raw chicken nuggets that you have to cook fully. This means it tastes much better with less of those preprocessed ingredients. I go here exclusively for my snow crabs and beef fajitas. The quality is off the charts and the size of the snow crabs are massive compared to the tiny ones at your local grocery store. I also find some excellent authentic Asian ingredients and it's always so convenient to pop in and out of there really quickly. What I dislike about it however is their online shopping is non-existent. Their web site isn't helpful at all so don't think you can go there to browse anything. You have to go there to see what they offer. You also don't have to commit to a yearly membership. You can pay like $5 for a daily membership and buy anything in the store you want in that one trip. Save and Prosper!"

"A friend of mine recommend this store to buy a pork belly with skin on. I thought only members are allowed to shop here but she said a non-member can. Yes, I did went and tried to shop here. The store sells bulk items like Sam's club or Costco but it is more of Restaurant items. I did find a wide vareity of frozen seafood, meat products, vegetables for a price less compared to buying it from HEB, Wallmart, Kroger, or any other International Market in Houston area. I noticed the lighting inside the store is a little bit dimmer, but it is spacious and the store restroom is clean and looks well maintained. The cost for annual membership is $25. One has to pay $3 per shopping as a non-member. I decided not to become a member for now because I don't always come to this location for shopping groceries but I will definitely come back and will highly recommend the store to my friends especially with bigger families"

"Not an honest business to customers Be careful take pictures of the price when you got items on shelves because the price change in system higher they won’t sell you the price on shelves even of their mistake error. Don’t waste your time to shop here. They won’t take responsibility for their error. Come buy or don’t that’s is! The Business don’t not meed customers even pictures taken to management they won’t do any they said the price change but nobody change I still can take pictures and brought to them to see it….Worse business. Want to talk to higher management they don’t allow you to do so!"
