When I reached out for a replacement, my request was flatly denied with a reminder that all sales are final. This interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, mirroring the outdated product I was unfortunately sold. Given this experience, I've decided not to return. The combination of poor product quality and inflexible customer service policies makes it clear that this is not a place I can recommend or choose to patronize again."
