They do not stand by their products they lie to you and are rude they send out damaged products and will not replace them. They get a F- in my book. I spent over $15,000 on cabinets and they can't even send me replacement parts for things that were damaged when I opened the box"
"The salesperson was very nice, but I told him exactly how long of a run I had, and he made an order for too many cabinets. They would never fit. I called the next day and we remotely tried to fix everything. He deleted a couple cabinets and added smaller ones. Unfortunately I was charged the original amount, the new order amount, a measurement fee and a shipping fee. I called several times to try to get everything straight, but I guess I'll have to dispute the charges. I tried the corporate office, but they said everything is handled by the stores. The store says it's all handled by the corporate office. I hate my kitchen."
