"I worked with Hi-tech flooring, Enrique specifically, to install new authentic hard wood floors in a new home I purchased (15 year old floors). He was so responsive, always immediately communicative of every step. My favorite part was how easy they were to work with, how quickly they communicated every step of the process, and even recommended me to another contractor to do other jobs in my home and coordinated schedules. They had a lot of work to get done in a very short time before I moved in, and my house looks like a brand new build after the job. 100% would work with them again and point any new customers towards them. 10/10 experience and the biggest thing for me was how easy to work with they are as a new home buyer that didn't have a lot of experience. "We have worked with High-Tech Flooring & Design a few different times! We got new flooring, a beautiful fireplace and most recently a whole bathroom remodel! The owners are amazing and set us up with Enrique. He was always responsive to calls and texts, took us shopping and was so patient with me when I totally changed my mind. He made sure he had his best installers come and work on our intricate design and they worked all day long for a few days making it so incredibly beautiful. "We contacted High Tech Flooring and Design per recommendation from our newly constructed home’s builder office and we’re not disappointed to have done so. Our goal was to have the upstairs match the downstairs, and they helped us accomplish our goal. The best thing about working with Enrique is that he was quick to respond to any questions and he always made time to listen to our concerns. The only thing I would ask is that they detail on the written agreement what the project will include and any steps the homeowner might need to take in order to fully complete it. While we did have a minor misunderstanding, partly because this was my first time having this type of work done in a home, Enrique and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied *and* happy with the final product. "Our house suffered damage in the freeze and our flooring needed to be replaced. Finding anyone to call you back or do work at this time (~Feb/Mar 2021) was just about impossible b/c people were so busy and had their own issues to fix. Once the water mitigation folks did their thing (different company) we were able to work with Enrique. After a little phone tag at the start Enrique was fantastic. He worked directly with our adjuster. Came out several times, worked with us on the right choice to change things out. We ended up not putting carpet back into part of the house and just ran the flooring throughout. It was a big project. They said 3 days and sure enough...3 days in and out. The crew they send out has had to come out a couple times to fix a few minor things we noticed which Enrique coordinated and was able to knock out within the day both times I called. If you're in the market, I'd recommend stopping by to see what options they have! Sorry, the pictures aren't the best..."
