"Great Sugar Land maintained park - especially for little kids! Built for ages 2-5, mulched, lots of green space and shade. In the morning, the baby swings, benches, and bouncers are in the shade. There is room to park in the street near the playground, but a larger parking lot near the tennis court and volleyball court. There are multiple covered picnic areas."
"It's a beautiful park that's just the right size for being a true "neighborhood" park. Its Playstation could be bigger but the walking path is great and a perfect size tennis court. I would say this is a truly enjoyable park!"
"for its small size- there are lots of great features. a decent length walking path with doggy bags always stocked. small playground for little kids. tennis court, sand volleyball, parking, nice shaded outdoor picnic areas and a large green space in the center. i just wish there were more trees for shade"

"Surprisingly clean (not too much litter, but expect to see the irresponsible dog owner's mess once in a while) and across the street from my house (well, one intersection and a sidewalk - the dogs can be annoying though). Though the hours are actually sunrise to sunset (not 7 am to 10 pm) and it's a great idea to wear the proper clothing for the season since the area has some pretty tall grass at times."
