"We have been in a very long process of building a home. During this process, Nathan was amazing in helping me with ideas and selections for tiling and flooring. Recently we had a pretty big snafu with our contractor on the installation of our hardwood flooring. As a result the wood we originally selected was out of stock. Nathan immediately jumped in action to try and help problem solve to ensure we didn't lose time. He went out of his way by calling the manufacturer, logistics teams and warehouse to see what we could do. While the original selection was not going to be available for more than a month, Nathan stayed late at work to help me select an alternative. He worked his magic in finding stock that our installer could pick up the next day. Nathan could have easily said, "I'm sorry, you'll have to wait", but his passion and determination for wanting to help was "significant" in keeping our progress on track and we couldn't have done it without him. I've been in the customer service business for over 32 years and I can tell you Nathan stands out and will be recommending both he and the Tile Guy to anyone who is looking for great products and amazing experience.
