"I was referred by two previous customers. While our floors look good, the overall experience was not positive. The employees in the store are very friendly I will say. After the floors were finished we had grout on our walls, paint chips and dirt everywhere. While they offered to come clean, we attempted ourselves to clean the walls and paint instantly started to come off and no stains would come off with it. We attempted to discuss that we had to buy wall and trim paint where stains would not be washed off. We just wanted to get a small discount on the cost we spent but instead were accused rudely that we were trying to get out of paying all together. We did receive a discount but all while being extremely argumentative over the phone and not letting us explain this wasn’t just dirt on the walls but grout in the corners. Very happy to be finished with the experience but not happy to have to paint all the trim."
