"Exceptional Customer Service from Dustin at the Gateway store and Michelle at the Round Rock location! Both went out of their way to show me many photos of the travertine and marble installed which I needed to see to have the confidence to go with a natural stone, as I’m experiencing a lot of color variation with other sources. It’s amazing that they will guarantee satisfaction when the product arrives or you are not obligated to accept it. That’s HUGE for me! Also the store displays REALLY help and knowing they offer all the matching trim pieces for the natural stones as well."
"This place was amazing! They have an unbeatable selection of tile with extremely unique patterns and shapes. From the minute I walked in the customer service was unsurpassed. Dustin greeted me and helped me choose the right tile by taking each selection to the display that was closest to my home layout. I also love that they allow you to check out the tile display which is already laid in large metal frame so you can take it home and see it in your environment. I had my heart set on a herringbone style that I found on Pinterest. After going to all the big box stores in town no one had a tile that was the right size. I’m so glad I came here because I got exactly what I wanted!"
