"If I could leave a 0 star rating review on here, I totally would! The owner of this hall seriously lacks customer service skills. We rented it for a birthday party, and she expected us to clean the entire hall for her next event the next day. It's ridiculous that she doesn't even provide working cleaning supplies or trash bags. We did our best to clean, but she wanted it sparkling clean. She even complained about a dirty mat outside the entrance. That's just plain ridiculous! The owner of this venue was incredibly rude and wouldn't even let us have a conversation about the cleaning. Their lack of customer service skills and disrespect is unacceptable. As a fellow business owner, I would never treat a client like that. I definitely won't be recommending this venue to anyone. Find yourself somewhere nice with someone who knows what real customer service means!"
"I had my 60th birthday at Dare 2 Decor Venue and I loved the way everything came together. It started with an idea and my vision of what it should be came together beautifully. My consultant Ratasha was amazing and took my vision and turned it into a reality. She thought of every detail and provided great ideas when I was not sure on something. She was very professional and I would certainly recommend the venue and her for other events."
