"OK if your in a pinch and need it today, some items are well priced others not as much - but be ware of the 30 day return policy - i even called and asked if its ok if i returned outside of that as we spend thousands per year here and when i showed up to return the order that was by the time i remembered to bring it with me quite old - i got a lot of push back then hit with a re-stocking fee. Hate to say it but brick and mortar is dying and customer relationships with it."

"Be aware of the return policy. 30 days. No give even if your product is brand new and untouched. $300 in product was purchased for a job. The install was delayed and contractor in front of me installed the anchors. After job was complete I stopped by to return product. Employee and Manager declined to refund money due to being outside of 30 day policy. Brand new anchors, nuts, and washers. This is rough for us small local guys."
