They even help me take everything out to my car and I have been to multiple Sherwin-Williams stores due to my profession and this is one of the best Sherwin-Williams stores I have ever been to. "I've been a professional painter for 15 + years and this is by far the worst Sherwin I have been to. In fact, it has the worst customer service of any paint store I've been to. They have long waits and many under-stocked items. I went in there recently to get one gallon of paint. The guy "helping" me, short with glasses and a careless attitude, took over an hour to get my gallon made! He didn't even inform me of the wait time, which every other paint store does! I watched him move slowly, saw him on his phone while I had already been sitting there for 45 minutes. I asked him a question about the paint that he never even answered. Also, on a separate occasion, he mismatched my paint and I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed, which really screwed up my work day. I went into the Sherwin on 6th street the next day, where they actually understand service, and it took the girl just 4 minutes to have a gallon for me! The customer service at this store is seriously lacking and that one guy makes it far worse. I'm not the only painter that has complained about this particular store. It's a bad move on their part since I'm clearly a painter that shops there regularly. I will happily go out of my way to not bring my business to this particular Sherwin Williams store and buy paint elsewhere."
