"Gabriel and Josh are always helpful, friendly and on top of getting what you need ordered and coming up with options if they are out of what you came in for. The guys pulling the material with forklifts are hard workers and try their best to get materials out quickly and double check to make sure you get what you paid for. We really appreciate that Dakota has a location in the Austin, Tx area!"
"Great place to buy premium natural hardwoods for those that are needing to. Great sales staff that works on getting the best prices for customers and they are very helpful to make sure you know and understand what material you are getting. Giving it 4 stars simply because the wait time is long whenever you are picking up materials for yourself. They do offer delivery though which is great as long as you are not pressed for time with needing the materials to complete a project. Highly recommend!"
"Carried a flatbed load here, lots of overnight parking and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I was escorted to an alternate warehouse and unloaded quickly. Could have been a better rate, $3,100 from Mountain City TN. but I still made some scratch."
"Excellent. I called for curbside pickup. Paid by phone. Small order, but they treated me well. Better quality product than another place I have dealt with. Cost was a touch higher ($5 ) but well worth it.Thanks!"
