"Extremely rude customer service from Connie Moya and Randall Page. There's seems to be a gap in communication between stores and their credit department and I when tried to explain that we've followed their direction and have reached out to their credit department I was met with a extreme rudeness and not allowed to even finish a sentence and then was hung up on. My company has spent a significant amount of money at BMC and the thanks we get is horrible treatment by management. I'll take my business elsewhere."

"The worst place. Customer service is non existent and the employees are all rude or have a passive aggressive. If you are a woman, don’t bother come here, you’ll be invisible. Even the manager who is a woman, knew I wanted to talk to her, she saw me standing there, instead come to talk to me, she kept talking and joking with her colleagues and left me standing ding there for 14 minutes on the clock. They do not care unless you are a contractor who buys tons of stuff from them. Stay away from this place."

"I'm standing right here in front of front desk for over 3 minutes now and I just see people working looking at the computers but no one is been able to ask me what I need, at least to tell me we'll be with you in a second or something (old man at the rear left and young man with glassesat the front)...I better get my business somewhere else. I'm a customer and I deserve respect !!!"

"1st time using BMC. Went to pick up doors that we had assumed would have been ready last week. Like many building supply companies, it’s difficult to make contact by phone. Showed up today to find out the doors have been in stock but not placed in to production. The gentleman I spoke with today for the first time named Andres was very polite and I feel that he genuinely cared and wanted to help but was limited of control. I wish I would have spoken with him the first time before another rep rushed us in to complete order before she left town on a trip. Came in right away and she left with out putting the doors in production so they have just been sitting there. Fingers are crossed and hope that I can add stars to this review on behalf of Andrés and his efforts to make this right and get me back on schedule to avoid very costly delays. At this time Andres gets 5 starts Bmc gets 0 stars unless they can turn this around"

"I have had two experiences with BMC. The first in 2017 was good. My recent experience in 2020 has been terrible. I order three solid core pre hung doors to match one I ordered in 2017. The first set came was the wrong size, no big deal, it happens. BMC rushed a second set, while I was installing them I realized they beveled the lock side and cut it done too much, I had to bend the jamb out to meet the door hardware. At the top of the door you can see into the hallway when the door is closed. After getting the run around for months I went down there and they sent a technician out who agreed with me. I was told I would get new doors, two months later, not a word and no doors. I haven’t trimmed the doors in because I will have to straighten the jambs. It has been like this for months and I can’t get a response. Their door guys clearly don’t know what they are doing. It is really embarrassing, customer service is absolutely terrible. I would not pay a dime until you receive delivery and confirm it is right. Edit (04/05/2021) - Weeks after responding, still no response from "Management". I suspect the post was just to give the illusion that they are taking care of things. Don't be fooled.... Edit (04/24/2021) - Still no response, just realized that they also sent me 209 feet of trim that was a full 1/8 more narrow than I ordered. What they sent was incorrect on the ticket. This is laughable. Homeowner's, I recommend going somewhere else - The folks at BMC are not an honorable bunch, they'll screw you over and walk away."
