"My husband worked for this company the owner is a male and didn't treat him with respect . He treated him like a dog. And if he didn't answer the phone he harrased him by going to his house. He had found language. And threatened him with not paying him when he did the work for cabinets. You know who he is I'm not saying names but the guy owner went in pasadena looking for him. And I'm not confused it's been about a couple years."

"I'm leaving a 1star mostly because of the terrible customer service received by the owner Omar Miranda. I've never left a 1star review, this is the first one. CHECKOUT THE OTHER 1STAR REVIEWS, I WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECKED BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME! I drove an hr to his showroom and took pictures of the color I wanted for our bathroom vanities. When the owner went to our house to take measurements, I showed him the photo of the vanity color we wanted. He said "I know exactly what color you want" and wrote down a color code on a receipt. Fast forward two weeks, I paid him a $200 fee for delivery and we got the wrong color vanities delivered by his employees. When I called him to let him know we got the wrong color vanities, the owner Omar basically blamed us for the error, saying we didn't give him the color code and he can't know what color it is based on a photo. Which he told us he knew exactly which color code it was based on the phone I took at his showroom. He also said he wasn't going to refund me the $200 delivery fee I paid for (even though it was his mistake), and I had to pick them up at his warehouse after being re-painted because, according to him, it costs him $350 todeliver them from Houston to New Caney. He then sent me a picture of a strip of different gray colors from Sherwin Williams to pick from because he said he didn't know which color I wanted based on the photo from the vanity in his showroom. I actually drove an hr to his showroom to get the color code I wanted, and had to text it to him. I also had to basically argue with him in order to get him to deliver the vanities again, because he didn't want to refund me the $200 for picking them up. He also made me pay the full amount plus delivery before having them delivered, if I didn't pay for everything, he said I would have to pick them up myself. I don't recommend paying the full price until you see the final product. There's a crooked handle on each vanity and it looks weird, the rest of the vanities seem pretty good. I was considering hiring him for our kitchen remodeling but after this first experience I'm definitely looking somewhere else after the lack of professionalism. I definitely will not recommend him to anyone. Very difficult person to work with if you want transparency in the process and a quick turn around."

"Great Quality Work! Best prices in Houston. This is the second project I’ve hired Omar for, he gives us exactly what we ask at the best prices you can find. Only downfall is that his projects take longer than projected. So must have patience, if he tells you 1 month be mentally prepared to wait a 2/3months. Overall my wife loved the kitchen so 5 Stars it is!"

"I really enjoyed the experience of working with this company. We were shown their shops and process of building cabinets, received designer advice, custom paint matching, etc. The installation service was superb! These guys not only installed everything, installed the trim, but filled the nail holes with caulk! I have a beautiful designer kitchen for a very reasonable price."

"In searching for custom cabinets, The quotes I got made it unaffordable. After debating over Lowe’s/home depot prebuilt cabinets or “Cabinets in a Box” that I have to build or Pay someone to build and install I came across DBKC while trying to decide on colors for the cabinets. I went to their retail location and saw they had prebuilt vanities. Being that they were all wood and the quality looked great I thought it wouldn’t hurt to get a quote. I was only looking for the kitchen and for the prices of the kitchen and countertops. they made a package deal for the whole project that included all wood cabinets with soft close, crown molding, countertops, installation and included matching restroom vanities and laundry room cabinets for a seamless look. While installing I noticed they did on site touch ups for any areas scratched and even made the crown molding look seamless. What convinced me to use DBKC was touring their two shop locations where in one they fabricated the cabinets and in the other they did the final prep and paint. I figured if they own 3 properties for the business they wouldn’t disappear overnight. I’m impressed with them and the quality!"
