"Had the best experience ever. Natalia the cashier at Pro Desk took a unique approach to get my order paid for and get us out the door and on to my job. She is a 10 star woman."

"I will never shop at a Home Depot after tonight. I went to this store to get more flooring for my house and in the parking lot another vehicle almost hit mine. I confronted the man and he started running his mouth so naturally I did the same. The whole time the rent a cop sat there and said nothing till my husband got in the man's face for being in mine. The rent a cop then started a confrontation with me and got in my face and told us we were not allowed on home depot property and we had to leave. I told her I was going to make a complaint on her and she proceeded to get in my face. Employees saw what was going on and called the manager who's name was Donna. Donna came and the situation was explained and she said she would handle the rent a cop. Of course nothing was done or said to the rent a cop because they were both the same race (african american) and me being Hispanic the manager took the rent a cops side. As a customer who has spent a lot of money in home depot remodeling my home since hurricane harvey something should have been done and not ignored. I'm using my money to redo my home not FEMA money. I work hard for it and feel that something should have been done or said to the rent a cop. After this experience I will take my money elsewhere and will not step foot in another home depot."
