"I own an auto repair shop and this is the place I go to get bolts, nuts, plastic fasteners and even carbon brush for motors and occasional tools. Home Depot and Lowe’s is a joke when it comes to finding these items. I guess they think they are too big to worry about smaller things but they loose a lot of business by having a negative experience from customers. The only time I go to Lowe’s or Home Depot is if Ace does not have it. I am not worried about price because time is in essence for me as a business owner so I come to Ace Hardware first where service is a lot better. Always someone there to lend a helping hand too."
